"It is an honor to be here and I am very thankful that you decided to study our Makabagong San Juan.

What we learn from school is different from what is on the ground. So, I suggest that aside from classroom learnings, it is always best to have practical groundwork experience. That is why, we will plan for more collaboration with Xavier School and the Local Government of San Juan, so that you can learn not just inside the classroom but you can learn really on the ground.

I am inviting you to join us in city hall, join us in our progress, and in our projects and programs on the ground, so that you could really see what it is like to run a city."
