The City of San Juan headed by Mayor Francis Zamora officially formalized sisterhood agreements with the Province of Bataan, led by Governor Joet Garcia and Vice Governor Cris Garcia, with the City of Balanga, led by Mayor Francis Garcia and Vice Mayor Viance Venzon-Gozon, and with the Municipality of Limay, led by Mayor Richie David and Vice Mayor Grace David
