The City Seal of San Juan features the existing structure of the Spirit of 1896 depicting Mother Filipina and two youths holding a raised bolo in their right hands (representing our fight for freedom). The Statue was inspired by Dr. Jose P. Rizal's characters Sisa, Crispin, and Basilio in his novel "Noli Me Tangere".

Si Ronny Zamora ay unang nahalal bilang Assemblyman sa Batasang Pambansa noong 1978 matapos niyang manilbihan bilang Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs sa Office of the President noong 1975 sa ilalim ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos. noong 1981, siya ay naging kasapi ng Executive Committee, ang susunod na institusyon sa pagkapangulo ng pilipinas noong panahong iyon.
More commonly known as Janella Ejercito Estrada was born on November 23, 1989 to parents former Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada And Ma. Presentacion “Precy” Vitug-Ejercito. She is a graduate of AB Political Science from the De La Salle University and is taking up Master’s Degree at the University of the Philippines’ National College of Public Administration and Governance. She is one of the youngest – Elected Vice Mayors in the 2016 National and Local Elections and also the Youngest - Elected Councilor in the City of San Juan in the 2013 Local Elections.
