PASSPORT ON WHEELS
The City Government of San Juan, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs, will conduct a Passport on Wheels program for 500 San Juaneños on a first come, first served basis on August 14, 2026, 9:00AM to 3:00PM, at the San Juan City Hall Atrium.
Interested applicants must first undergo pre-registration, which will be held on August 5–6, 2026, 8:00AM to 4:00PM, also at the San Juan City Hall Atrium.
Applicants are advised to bring a valid government ID, a PSA Birth Certificate, and a working email address, to ensure that all documentary requirements are complete before pre-registration.
