The City Government of San Juan is offering a Real Property Tax Amnesty for delinquent real property taxes for 2024 and prior years with NO penalties and NO interest.
This program is pursuant to Sec. 30 of RA 12001 and City Ordinance No. 12 s. 2025. You may settle your taxes through one-time payment or installment basis, valid until July 5, 2026.
For inquiries, please proceed to the Treasury Department at the G/F San Juan City Hall (Windows 21–24).
