Attended a forum on “Building and Sustaining National Resilience" during the Management Association of the Philippines' General Membership Meeting as one of the guest speakers 
In my capacity as the League of Cities of the Philippines National President and Metro Manila Council President, I discussed the vital role of local government units and communities in strengthening preparedness, coordination, public safety, and resilience in addressing the challenges and threats faced by our nation today.
National Security Adviser General Eduardo Oban, former DENR Secretary Toni Loyzaga, former Secretary of Finance and NEDA Director General Jesus Estanislao and former DILG Secretary Rafael Alunan were speakers as well.
