Office Schedule
The City Assessment Department is open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., with no noon breaks.
Mission Statement
To implement innovative changes in systems, policies and procedures provided by law in order to generate sustainable revenues from realty taxes with minimal cost to the Local Government Unit and with due care and convenience to taxpayers and the client.
Vision Statement
The City Assessor’s Office is a realty tax department that commits to attain maximum efficiency in the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes whose delivery systems are designed to the highest standards and whose employees are adopting the principles of professionalism for the taxpayer and client satisfaction in providing quality service.
