Mayor JV envisions a San Juan where every resident enjoys safe streets, drug-free environment, peaceful neighborhood and friendly police force.

The San Juan Police has adopted the vision of Mayor Joseph Victor Ejercito to deliver better services intended for the people by discharging its duty of maintaining peace and order with total dedication and utmost efficiency. The organization applied the community-based crime prevention and control program and winning the heart and mind of the people by upholding transparency and accountability in dealing with them. Community Oriented Policing System as the main program of the station in crime prevention and control resulted to many apprehension and recovery of stolen items by endless community participation through crime reporting. Immediate police calls prevented a lot of crimes and saves lives and properties.

The effort and coordination made by San Juan Police Chief PSupt. Rodelio Balza Jocson (DSC) between the police, barangay officials and community has developed a better working relationship and bringing more effort and support in crime prevention and control. The conduct of police operations and checkpoints in the strategic areas reduces the crime incident, thus includes police visibility in business establishment and recreational areas.

The Station has seven (7) police community precincts to cover the whole area of municipality aimed to reduce the crime and immediately response to any police assistance. It also addressed the immediate problem of barangays and made partnership to the people to enhance the effort in anti-criminality campaign.

To improve the police services, the organization provided continuous education and training, including leadership and management, firearms proficiency, SWAT training, sniper course, Tactical Entry Explosives Course, Police responders course and others.

The station staff conduct periodic assessment of the situation to provide better services to the people. The station conducted police information and education, physical fitness and inspection.

The San Juan Police has won various awards and citations among others.

The commitment of everybody will make San Juan the best place to live and invest.

·         Creation of San Juan Task Force Disiplina to enforce all Municipal Ordinance

·         Implementation of the objectives of Task Force Disiplina generating a revenue of PhP. 1,137.070.00.

·         Holding MMDA-facilitated Traffic Enforcement Training Seminar for personnel of the San Juan Public Order and Safety Office (POSO)
