Prospective Bidders
can secure the
Bidding Documents
and submit the
Letter of Intent to
the BAC Secretariat,
2/F San Juan City
Hall, N. Domingo
Street, City of San
Juan, Metro Manila
during the period
indicated above.
The Opening of
Bids and Pre-Bid
Conference will be
held at the 3/F
Multi-Purpose Hall,
San Juan City Hall
Compound, City of
San Juan, Metro
Manila. Only those
bidders who
purchased the
bidding documents
will be allowed to
participate in the
Pre-Bid Conference.
The prospective
bidder must have an
experience of having
completed within a
period of ten (10)
years from the date
of submission and
receipt of bids, at
least one (1)
contract that is
similar to the
contract to be bid,
and whose value,
adjusted to current
prices using the NSO
Consumer Price
Indices, must be at
least fifty percent
(50%) of the ABC to
be bid.
The BAC
will issue the
Bidding Documents
[Envelope No. 1
(Eligibility and
Technical) and
Envelope No. 2
(Financial)] upon
payment of a
non-refundable
amount of PHP
15,000.00 for the
project, as per
Ordinance No. 2,
Series 2006, to the
San Juan City
Treasurer’s Office.
The City
Government of San
Juan, Metro Manila
assumes no
responsibility
whatsoever to
compensate or
indemnify bidders
for any expenses
incurred in the
preparation of its
bids.
The
City of San Juan,
Metro Manila
reserves the right
to accept or reject
any bid and to annul
the bidding process
and reject all bids
at any time prior to
contract award,
without thereby
incurring any
liability to the
affected Bidder(s).
