Prospective Bidders
shall submit the
Eligibility

Juan, Metro Manila.
The Opening of Bids
and Pre-Bid
Conference will be
held at the 3/F
Multi-Purpose Hall,
San Juan City Hall
Compound, City of
San Juan, Metro
Manila.
The BAC will issue the Checklist of
Eligibility
Requirements,
Technical and
Financial Proposals upon
payment of a
non-refundable
amount as per
Ordinance No. 2,
Series 2006, to the
San Juan City
Treasurer’s Office.
Previous payment
made for other
bidding is no longer
valid.
The City of San Juan, Metro
Manila assumes no
responsibility
whatsoever to
compensate or
indemnify bidders
for any expenses
incurred in the
preparation of its
bids.
The City of San Juan, Metro Manila
reserves the right
to accept or reject
any bid and to annul
the bidding process
and reject all bids
at any time prior to
contract award,
without thereby
incurring any
liability to the
affected Bidder(s).
